Jagran CityPlus: "Ratna Jain launches bridal collection

Ratna Jain the brain behind the successful label Tantra, unleashed her collection of bridal wear on August 20. The collection was designed keeping in mind the most important day of a girl's life and the occasions that follow. It reflected traditional influences from Rajasthan, Kashmir and Mysore. The lehengas were not too heavy. The collection includes ten 'kali' lehengas in metallic silk, richly woven brocades and chanderi. Silk and velvet patchwork were used in a contemporary manner with navratni zardozi, reshmi minakari and mirror work to embellish the lehengas. The cocktail collection was sexy with rich peacock colours in sequence and crystals."
